Description

The FLAT PRESS MOP MICRO BLUE DB-FC 2.0 is a professional mop cover made in the EEC and developed for use with all commercially available flat press systems. The yarn mixture consists of 100% PES/MF microfibre in blue. This tightly woven microfibre structure ensures improved mechanics on the floor and optimal cross-linking of the cleaning solution, resulting in efficient and consistent cleaning results.

The mop cover measures 40 cm and weighs approximately 80 g. It is supplied in units of 75 pieces. The article number is EMBD40FPM. Shrinkage is limited to 2–3%, ensuring dimensional stability during repeated washing cycles. A white embroidery washing label is embroidered on both sides for clear identification.

The top sheet and the pockets are made of 100% woven polyester. The bag material also consists of 100% special woven polyester with inserts. This construction makes the pockets tear-resistant and water-permeable. The polyester pockets are designed to improve the gliding of the holder and support smooth handling during cleaning.

The composition of the yarn allows higher surface performance and efficient cleaning with reduced effort. The mop is ideally suited for preparation tasks and daily maintenance cleaning. This mop can be used both dry and wet on smooth, laminated, and unlaminated floor coverings. It is suitable for maintenance cleaning as well as wet and dry cleaning of elastic coverings, hard coverings, porcelain stoneware, stone floors, tiles, laminate floors, and smooth and porous surfaces. The mop is particularly recommended for use in healthcare environments, clinics, retirement and nursing homes, public facilities, and professional building cleaning.

Application:

The mop is suitable for dry and wet cleaning on smooth, laminated, and unlaminated floor coverings. It supports preparation work and professional maintenance cleaning.

Washing Recommendations:

Washing before first use is advisable. A washing temperature of 60 °C is recommended. The maximum washing temperature of 95 °C should not be exceeded. Fabric softeners and bleaching agents should be avoided. Drying temperatures should not exceed 80 °C. Wash according to type.
