MICRO RED 2.0 – DB-FC WITH COVER SHEET

Description

ARCORA MICRO RED DB-FC 2.0 is a professional mop cover developed for intensive cleaning tasks. The product is made in Germany and produced in the EEC. It carries the DB-FC 2.0 designation and is described as the dirt wonder among mop covers.

The yarn mixture consists of 100% PES microfibre. The yarn colour is red. The tightly woven microfibre yarn structure delivers improved mechanics on the floor. It supports optimal cross-linking of the cleaning solution. This structure ensures excellent dirt and water absorption and higher surface performance through the specific yarn composition.

The construction of the mop cover is based on durable and functional materials:

• Top sheet made of 100% woven polyester

• Pockets made of 100% woven polyester

• Bag material made of 100% woven polyester

• Sponge insert in the pockets to support the smooth gliding of the holder

• Tear-resistant and water-permeable bag material

The cover sheet is made of 100% PES. The shrinking value is 2–3%. The wash label is a white embroidery label embroidered on two sides. The mop cover includes a 4-colour coding system in blue, green, yellow, and red. This system supports hygienic and structured cleaning routines.

Two size options are available:

• 40 cm size with an approximate weight of 109 g, supplied in units of 75 pieces, article number EMR40DB

• 50 cm size with an approximate weight of 140 g, supplied in units of 50 pieces, article number EMR50DB

The MICRO RED DB-FC 2.0 supports both dry and wet cleaning. It can be used on smooth, coated, and uncoated floor coverings. The mop cover is designed for maintenance cleaning and for cleaning a wide range of surfaces:

• Elastic coverings

• Hard coverings

• Porcelain stoneware

• Stone floors

• Tiles

• Laminate floors

The product is ideally suited for smooth and porous floor coverings. It is recommended for health care facilities, clinics, retirement homes, nursing homes, public facilities, and building cleaning operations. Use in large laundries is particularly recommended. The mop covers can be equipped with intelligent RFID chip technology for professional laundry processes.

Washing before first use is advisable. A washing temperature of 60 °C is recommended. A maximum washing temperature of 95 °C must not be exceeded. Fabric softeners and bleaching agents should not be used. Clean fabrics should be washed according to type. Drying temperatures should not exceed 80 °C.
