Germany Medical Blue is a high-performance microfibre yarn cover developed for demanding professional cleaning tasks. The yarn mixture consists of 100% polyester with a high filament content and comes in a blue-white colour combination. This structure supports very high surface performance and ensures optimal cross-linking of cleaning and disinfecting agents during use.

The cover sheet is made of 50% fine cotton and 50% polyester. This mixing ratio supports optimum absorbency and reliable cleaning results. The edging tape is made of 100% polyester in white. The bag material consists of 100% woven polyester and is reinforced with a sponge insert. This construction helps the holder glide smoothly and supports fatigue-free working.

The high-quality microfibre content and the composition of the cover sheet ensure perfect dirt and water absorption, together with excellent gliding properties. The high proportion of continuous filaments enables efficient cleaning over large areas and supports effective distribution of cleaning and disinfecting solutions.

A special tufting process firmly anchors the loops in the cover sheet. This process gives the mop cover an above-average service life and ensures consistent performance over time. The polyester pockets are tear-resistant and water-permeable, contributing to durability and ease of handling.

Germany Medical Blue can be used both dry and wet on smooth, coated, and uncoated floor coverings. The mop cover is suitable for maintenance cleaning as well as wet and dry cleaning of elastic coverings, hard coverings, porcelain stoneware, stone floors, tiles, laminate floors, and other smooth and porous surfaces. Use in healthcare facilities, clinics, retirement and nursing homes, public facilities, and building cleaning is particularly suitable.

The mop cover supports a four-colour coding system in blue, green, yellow, and red. This system helps maintain hygiene standards and structured cleaning processes. The product is available in two sizes. The 40 cm version weighs approximately 130 g and is supplied in units of 75 pieces. The 50 cm version weighs approximately 160 g and is supplied in units of 50 pieces. Article numbers are MED40BL and MED50BL.

A washing temperature of 60 °C is recommended. The maximum washing temperature of 95 °C should not be exceeded. Fabric softeners and bleaching agents should not be used. Washing unmixed fabrics is recommended. Drying temperatures should not exceed 80 °C. The shrinkage value is 2–3%. The washing label is an embroidery label in white and is embroidered on two sides.

Germany Medical Blue is made in the EEC and is designed for professional cleaning environments that require high hygiene standards and reliable performance.
