Description
The MULTI MOP WHITE is engineered with a special 50/50 cover page made from fine cotton and polyester to support optimal absorbency and reliable cleaning performance.
This recommended mixing ratio improves dirt and water uptake compared to covers made entirely from polyester, which are commonly used by many competitors. A special tufting process firmly anchors the loops into the cover sheet, resulting in above-average durability and resistance to wear. Even loop distribution across the entire surface allows efficient absorption and smooth gliding
, supporting fatigue-free work and high area output due to the higher grammage of the mop. The cotton cover is made in the EEC and reflects a high-quality manufacturing process designed for long service life.
The mop features tear-resistant and water-permeable pockets made from 100% woven polyester. These pockets are reinforced with sponge inserts to support smooth sliding of the holder during use.
Performance remains effective in both wet and dry applications on smooth, coated, and uncoated floor coverings.
The mop supports maintenance cleaning, basic cleaning, and wet or dry cleaning on a wide range of surfaces. Suitable surfaces include elastic coverings, hard coverings, porcelain stoneware, stone floors, tiles, laminate floors, and smooth floor coverings.
The product is particularly suitable for industrial environments, production facilities, supermarkets, public facilities, and professional building cleaning.
Specifications:
The yarn blend consists of 70% cotton and 30% polyester, with yarn colour in nature tone. The cover is made of 50% fine cotton and 50% polyester.
The binding material is 100% polyester in white. Pocket material is 100% polyester, supported by inserts that ensure tear resistance and water permeability. Shrinkage value is 3–4%. The washing label is a white embroidery label printed on two sides.
Available sizes are 40 cm and 50 cm, with approximate weights of 160 g and 200 g. Units are supplied as 75 pieces or 50 pieces under article numbers EMM40 and EMM50. The bag material is made of 100% polyester with inserts.
The recommended washing temperature is 60 °C, while 90 °C must not be exceeded. Fabric softeners and bleaching agents should be avoided. Washing should be carried out according to fabric type. Drying temperatures must remain below 80 °C.
